Full-Time Salaried (Exempt and Non-Exempt) Employees

Benefits are effective on the first day of the month following 91 days of employment.

  • Vision – included in all medical plans
    • One free eye examination
    • $20 co-pay on materials
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Health and Dependent Care Accounts; limitations on the High Deductible Plan
